if it contains any of these programs, remove it (control panel –> Program uninstall), ASUS Sonic Suite, ASUS Sonic Studio, ASUS Sonic Radar, Nahimic Audio (with msi), AWSoundCentersvc32. Exe (Alienware Soundcenter or Alienware Control Center)
after self-examination, Nahimic Audio is installed in my computer, and I uninstall it in “applications and functions”. After uninstalling Camtasia Studio, it can be used normally. Thanks for Pinnsvin’s sharing.
