Problem description

After ncc2005 started using was to adapt oracle19c database, a large number of operations reported “get table metadata error”.

Analysis process

Check the NC log and find that it is related to orai18n.jar package, which is used for Chinese garbled code in Oracle database.

The test shows that the NC middleware works normally. Through the search, orai18n-11.2.0.4.jar is found under nchome/lib.

Solution

The orai18n-11.2.0.4.jar file under nchome/lib. Copy to the directory.

For example,/IBM/WebSphere/appserver/lib, restart the service.
