In this case, the 5555 port number of the device is not disconnected. Some mobile phones will be closed by default after disconnecting.

Solution:

First connect the computer with a data cable, and then enter the following command

adb tcpip 5555

General prompt: restarting in TCP mode port: 5555

Then execute the connection command of ADB.
