The solution
Github gives an explanation of brew info openssl :
solves the problem by adding environment variables:

export LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib"
export CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/opt/openssl/include"

Then execute the installation command again

pip install mysqlclient

On my side, I installed the reset.txt file directly, but the difference is not significant.

OpenCV3.1 + Python2.7 error “DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found”

I looked for the following reasons online, the possible reason is that
1) opencv and python corresponding versions are different, such as one is 32bit and one is 64bit. Pyd
2) did not add cv2.pyd to C:/Python27/lib/site-packages
3) system environment variable could not be found cv2.pyd
the final solution to my computer problem was:
add [C:\ opencv-3.1.0 \build\bin\Release] to system environment variable.

The solution

sudo apt-get install python3 python-dev python3-dev
sudo apt-get install build-essential libssl-dev libffi-dev
sudo apt-get install libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev zlib1g-dev

Install it all again

pip3 install mysqlclient
