Windows 7 Microsoft Office 2007 Pro Plus Excel opens stdole32.tlb missing problem
Solutions:
1. Ultimate solution: uninstall and reinstall
2. In the “Run” dialog box, run the following command:
Reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1

Both ways can solve this problem!
