The second,
-> Open Settings interface

code> -> Click HTTP Proxy menu
- & gt; Check Auto - detect the proxy Settings check box
- & gt; Check Automatic proxy configuration URL: check box, and enter https://start.spring.io/
in the input box - & gt; e> exit
