There is a solution to drupal7 installation. If you choose Simplified Chinese, there is an error when importing translation due to execution timeout.

Method one:
Modify the php.ini file: memory_limit = 256M (set as actual)
The installation process may be smooth. But there may be an error first… After r the installation is complete, delete these two sentences.
