Reason: Xcode version and CocoaPods version do not match, need to update CocoaPods
Solution.
Enter the command in the terminal
gem install cocoapods --preError Messages:
ERROR: While executing gem … (Gem::FilePermissionError)
You don’t have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.6.0 directory.
Plus permissions:
sudo gem install cocoapods --preExecute pod install again successfully!
