the reason:
maybe I set the environment variable :home
the variable may impact the .gitconfig
this lead to me set the gitconfig failed(,and I could not do any commit!)
so ,I delete the home environment variable
And,It works.
If you have configured the home environment variable, try removing it and reconfiguring gitconfig
