SSM Startup Error: ClassNotFoundException

Error message after adding jar package again:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
Solution:
Select Project Structure in the file and then select Artifacts, right click on the rightmost project name and select Put into Output Root
