Err_proxy_connection_failed appears using the browser as shown in the figure below:
Solution:
1. Enter setting -& GT; Click Show Advanced Settings:

2. Click to change the proxy server Settings:

3. Display Internet properties and click LAN Settings

4. Click the proxy server for LAN (√) and you’re done
