This error shows that there is no permission. Open CMD with administrator permissions and then register again.

 

<error message>

$ odbc_install JA
Oracle ODBC Driver with same name already exists.

<Open CMD with administrative rights>

$ odbc_install JA
Oracle ODBC Driver is installed successfully.
