My own computer uses a Mac. During the installation of cytoolz, errors are reported. There are a lot of error information. The key is:

ERROR: Failed building wheel for cytoolz

error: command ‘/usr/bin/clang’ failed with exit code 1

Solution:

On the command line: Xcode select — install

Just install it again.
